We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the United States.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rebel by Lily B is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rebel by Lily B is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
