Refund policy
At Rebel by Lily B, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties
- Nipple Covers
- Titty Tape / Adhesive Products
- Clearance or Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
